Our pumps get extra attention. Since 1987, we have been the main distributor of the Norwegian high-quality jet pumps fra MAPEX.
​
It is a centrifugal pumpe made of acid proof steel. Hirtshals El-Motorservice ApS has its own workshop for pump repair. the MAPEX pumps are also assebled here.

MAPEX jet pumps are a line of self-priming pumps that can work effectively under difficult conditions. The pumps have a wide field of application. The centrifugal, self-priming effect is achieved by means of a specially designed impeller. The curved wings provide the pump with an effective discharge of contaminated fluids.
​
MAPEX jet pumps have no bypass in the pump housing or the impeller. The impeller is fixed to the blade wheel shaft, and rotates freely inside the pump housing. Solid particles can thus pass through the wings of the pump housing. The suction port lies centrally, and the discharge port tangentially to the impeller. Both ports have the same diameter.
